Partner access and approval

Access to MOSION Studio is application-based and granted at MOSION's discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee access. Each title submitted for distribution is also subject to individual review before release.

Approved partners must maintain the standards outlined during onboarding and may have access suspended or terminated if those standards are not met.

Content standards

All titles submitted through MOSION Studio must meet the technical and editorial standards communicated during the review process. Partners are responsible for ensuring they hold all necessary rights and clearances for content submitted for distribution.

MOSION reserves the right to decline, remove, or restrict any title that does not meet quality, rights, or compliance requirements.

Revenue and payouts

MOSION Studio uses a cinema-style revenue split — typically 60/40 or 70/30 in favour of the partner — with full transparency from first purchase to final payout. The exact split applicable to a specific partner or title will be communicated during onboarding or as part of the partner agreement.

Payout schedules and minimum thresholds will be outlined in the partner agreement or communicated separately. MOSION may withhold payouts pending resolution of disputes, rights concerns, or compliance issues.

Rights and licensing

Partners grant MOSION a non-exclusive licence to host, deliver, market, and make available submitted titles to users through the MOSION platform for the duration agreed at onboarding. This licence does not transfer ownership of the title or underlying intellectual property.

Partners remain responsible for all third-party rights, clearances, talent agreements, music licences, and regulatory approvals required for the distribution of their content.

Limitation of liability

MOSION Studio is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MOSION will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from partner use of the Studio platform or from decisions made in the application or title review process.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in product features, legal requirements, or operational needs. Active partners will be notified of material changes. Continued use of Studio after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
