Studio Privacy Notice

We collect what we need to review your application, run your partner account and pay you:

• Application details - your name, email, company or website, film title, country of origin, rights status, release stage, territory focus, an optional screener link, and a summary of your film.
• Account and identity details - information used to set up and verify an approved partner account.
• Payout details - the bank account information used to send your earnings, processed by our payment partner.
• Title and sales data - your films, ticket sales, revenue, and audience analytics.
• Support messages - anything you send us when you get in touch.

• To review your application and set up your partner account.
• To publish and manage your titles across our platforms.
• To calculate your revenue and process your withdrawals.
• To show you analytics on how your films are performing.
• To secure your account with two-factor authentication and protect your content.
• To contact you about your account and your titles.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Withdrawals are processed by our payment partner, Flutterwave. Your bank details are used to send your payouts and are handled under their security standards. To meet legal and anti-fraud requirements, we may need to verify your identity or your business before we release funds.

We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed to run Studio:

• With service providers who help us operate the service - payment processing, hosting, content delivery and streaming security.
• Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Mosion, our partners and viewers.

Aggregate, non-personal figures about a title (for example, how many tickets it has sold) may be shown to viewers. We do not share your private details without your consent.

Partner accounts are protected with two-factor authentication, and payout and account information is handled with industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit who can access it.

We keep your information for as long as your partnership is active and as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to resolve disputes. You can ask us to close your partner account at any time.

You can access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this notice as Studio grows and moves toward full launch. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
